Jillimac Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

• Processing time: Most deposits are credited immediately or within a few minutes. In rare cases involving technical issues or payment provider delays, processing may take longer. Jillimac is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals from your jillimac account are subject to the following conditions:

VIP Club cashback is governed by the VIP Club section of these Terms and the separate VIP Club documentation available in your jillimac account dashboard. Cashback credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal unless stated otherwise.

Jillimac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotional offer is affected by a technical error or is offered in error, jillimac reserves the right to void the related bets or promotional credits.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on jillimac. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are detailed within each product section of the platform.

• Bet placement: Bets are only valid once confirmed by the jillimac system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets in progress or unconfirmed at the time of a system interruption may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Betting limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Jillimac may adjust limits at any time without notice.
• Palpable errors: If odds or bet terms are published in obvious error, jillimac reserves the right to void bets placed at those terms. We will notify affected players as soon as practicable.

• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual or household in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation has occurred.

• There is a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jillimac reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified remaining balances — excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their jillimac account at any time by contacting customer support. Remaining verified balance will be returned subject to the standard withdrawal process and verification requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
